Tappy contains Type-9 (T9) and Compact Qwerty like layouts, as well as T13 and T13-TE (thumbs edition). Ordinary Qwerty is also included, as well as Qwertz and Azerty variations.

🔮 Tappy Keyboard contains quick text prediction in over 30 languages and variations. The T9 keyboard is non-learning, which ensures text prediction remains consistent, and typing is faster.

🥰 Unlike a lot of other keyboards, Tappy supports all emojis supported by your Android device phone — that’s up to 3,633 emojis — organised into 9 categories, and with search and history features. Tappy isn’t just another large key keyboard with emoji help added as an afterthought.

➊ email addresses can be saved to your personal dictionary.

➌ input way (multi-tap/prediction) selector button added to navigation bar.
➍ Shortcut Symbols preferences screen added (for simple typing of Twitter hashtags, DuckDuckGo bangs, and so on).
➎ key heights can be adjusted.
➏ "Hide Offensive Words" option added.
➐ "Only Present Current Language Diacritics" option added.
➑ backspace speeds up the longer it is pressed.
➒ the current language dictionary can now be selected with a long-press on the spell key.
